If you have a gmail account you will have access to Google Drive. Just upload your photos or video to Google drive and send a link to that file folder to our email and we will be able to download the files to include in your interview. Yes we can. If you dont have access to a scanner we can organise scanning some of your old photos. You can also get old photos scanned at Officeworks and stored via USB that you can then upload to Google drive. We can scan up to 7 photos before we will need to charge a digitizing fee.
It depends on the format of the tape you have. You may even have old films like 8mm film or VHS video. We recommend you look for a company that is setup to do digital conversions. This is just one option https://www.melbournevideoconversions.com.au

An initial booking fee of $200 is required before the initial preliminary interview. Half payment of the full fee is then required before the filming begins and then the final payment is then required upon delivery of your LifeTime Film package.
Yes, we guarantee that we will take the necessary time to understand your requirements and explain all the steps in recording your LifeTime story to your satisfaction. If there are sections of the final product you are not pleased with, we will re-edit some of the sections to bring the final product up to your expectations.
Yes, if you cancel before the scheduled preliminary in person interview date, then your $200 booking fee will be repaid. If you are not wanting to continue after the preliminary in person interview has occured then you will receive a 50% refund ie $100 will be refunded but a $100 cancelation fee will apply.
If you change your mind before the scheduled filming date and you have paid the full 50% part payment, then you will be refunded the full amount paid less the $100 cancelation fee.
Yes we do accept Bitcoin, and a few other major cryptocurrencies. Please inform us if that is your preferred payment option.
